Order management

Upon placing your order with us, a dedicated Order Manager will be assigned. This Order Manager will act as your single point of contact within the Silk Road, making communication lines as short as possible.

We will arrange the kick-off meeting with the factory and set up the internal working structure for your project. In addition, we will provide regular in-person checks and status updates to ensure the quality, packaging, product photography and delivery schedules meet your requirements.
